Delete your Deen Party account
Effective date: 16 August 2026
Deen Party accounts are created the first time you open the app, when you pick a username and password. You do not have to give an email address. You can delete the account, and the data attached to it, at any time. You do not need to contact us to do it.
Delete it from inside the app
- Open Deen Party.
- Open the menu (top-left) → Settings.
- Scroll to Privacy → Delete account.
- Type the confirmation word and tap Delete for good.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Cancel a paid subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an active Deen Party subscription — only the store that charges you can do that. Cancel it under Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, before you delete the account. Otherwise the subscription keeps billing with no account to use it on.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Reinstall it and sign in with your username and password (the ones you saved under Settings → Privacy → Save your account), then follow the steps above. On the same Android phone the account often comes back on its own even without that password.
If that is not possible, email deenparty@outlook.de with your in-game display name and roughly when you last played, and we will locate and delete the account. We answer within 30 days. If we cannot match the account to you confidently, we will not delete it.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile, including your display name.
- Your friends list and any pending invitations.
- Your Barakah balance, purchased cosmetics, titles and streak.
- Your league standing, trophies and every leaderboard entry.
- Your usage and analytics records on our servers.
- The link between your device and the account.
- Your identity on any report you filed (the report stays with moderators, but stops being attributable to you).
- Everything the app stored on your phone.
What we keep, and why
Two things survive deletion. Both are narrow, and neither is used to profile you:
- Purchase and subscription records — retained because refunds, chargebacks and store reconciliation happen after an account is gone, and because German law requires business records of a transaction to be kept (§ 147 AO). They hold the store's purchase token and the (now orphaned) account id, not your name.
- Ban and moderation history, if any — retained under our legitimate interest in keeping the app safe. Deleting it would turn "delete account and reinstall" into a one-tap way to shed a ban, which is the exact behaviour those records exist to prevent. The same applies to reports other players filed about the account.
