Terms of Use for Deen Party

These terms are an agreement between you and Youssef Magdy ("we", "us") governing your use of the Deen Party mobile app. By using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Deen Party. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

Online play requires an account created within the app. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating someone else. We may change or reset display names that breach this.

3. Premium subscriptions

3.1 What Premium includes

Premium removes the free tier's daily limits — including limits on AI-assisted features and on online and Halaqa play time — and unlocks premium content. The exact benefits are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may change as the app develops.

3.2 Free tier

Without a subscription you may use the app with a daily allowance, shown in the app. Allowances reset each day.

3.3 Purchases and auto-renewal

Subscriptions are sold as monthly or yearly auto-renewing plans, purchased through the App Store or Google Play.

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy, and may vary by region and change over time. We will not increase the price of an active subscription without notice and, where required, your consent.

3.4 Managing and cancelling

Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

3.5 Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple and Google, and refunds are governed by their policies, not ours. Request refunds through Apple or Google directly. We cannot issue refunds for purchases we did not process. Where local consumer law gives you additional refund rights, those rights are unaffected by this section.

3.6 Promotional codes

We may issue coupon codes granting Premium for a limited time. Codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, may be limited to one per account, and may expire or be withdrawn.

3.7 Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or change device, use "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Subscriptions are tied to the Apple or Google account that bought them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other players;
• use hate speech, or post sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• disrespect the religious content of the app, or use it to mock Islamic beliefs or the beliefs of others;
• cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or manipulate leaderboards;
• attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, or verification systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or our servers;
• collect other users' information.

5. Voice rooms and multiplayer

In voice rooms and multiplayer games, other players can hear and see what you share. Do not share personal information. We may suspend access to online features for conduct that breaches section 4.

6. AI-generated content

Parts of the app use artificial intelligence to generate questions, explanations, and conversation.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong. It is provided for entertainment and general learning only.

Deen Party is not a source of religious authority. AI-generated content about Islam is not a fatwa, not a ruling, and not a substitute for guidance from a qualified scholar. Verify religious matters with knowledgeable people and authoritative sources. Quranic text and translations are provided for convenience and may contain errors.

Do not enter personal or sensitive information into AI features.

7. User content

You keep ownership of content you create in the app (such as typed topics or answers). You grant us a licence to host, display, and transmit it as needed to operate the app. You are responsible for content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.

8. Our content

The app, its design, artwork, sounds, code, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may use them only through normal use of the app. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed. Online services may be suspended for maintenance. If we permanently discontinue online services, we will give reasonable notice and, where required by law, refund any unused prepaid subscription time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Serious or repeated breaches may result in a permanent ban. If your account is terminated for breach, you are not entitled to a refund of unused subscription time, except where the law requires otherwise.

You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting deenparty@outlook.de.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that content will be accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or the store listing. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live.

15. Apple App Store

For apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, the following apply:

1. These terms are between you and Youssef Magdy only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
2. Your licence to use the app is a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
4. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
5. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims.
6. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
7. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
8. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce them against you.
